For those who are in town – no worries if you can’t make it!

Join us at the Old Course Pavilion to kick off wedding weekend! Transportation: Welcome Party Pickups will start at 8:30pm from Warm Springs Inn and Gristmill Inn. Return shuttles will onsite throughout the event.

Transportation: Shuttles will pick up from The Omni Homestead, The Inn at Warm Springs, The Gristmill Inn and The RoseLoe Motel beginning promptly at 3:15pm. Please plan to meet in each lobby a few minutes prior. There will also be a shuttle pick up for guests staying in Sheeps Meadow Preserve/Sheep Meadow House. Please be ready for pick up at 3:30pm. If you are staying at another nearby AirBnb or local hotel but would still like transportation, please plan to get yourself to The Omni Homestead to utilize the shuttle pickups there. We highly discourage driving as the mountain roads are windy. Return shuttles will be available at 9:30pm, when the reception ends at 10:30pm, and throughout the after party at 11:30pm, 12:15am and 1am.
